Apple Molasses, also known as Cider Syrup, is the flagship product of Red Kill Mountain Homestead Farms. We hand-select and hand-harvest our wild apples and press them into sweet cider, the cider is then boiled down into the delightful final product, Apple Molasses.

Apple Molasses is listed as an endangered food by Slow Food Ark of Taste. We are proud to be one of only three makers of this product.

Our Apple Molasses has a consistency similar to maple syrup, and has just as many uses!

Use Apple Molasses in baked goods, on roasted vegetables, and it is especially great in apple pies and crisps. Add a tablespoon to a glass of hot water and enjoy a hot cider!

8oz volume per jar with 10oz by weight of content.

Red Kill Mountain Homestead Farms is based in the heart of the Catskill Mountains in Delaware County, New York. Wild apple trees abound in this area, and we happen to be the stewards of a private apple forest. All of our products are handmade from our own wild apples in our farm kitchen which is 20c approved.
